• In the role of YouTube Content Producer at Miss Germany Studios, you will play a key part in creating the next wave of empowering content for women.

• You will engage in formats that are relatable, entertaining, and pertinent — overseeing the entire production journey from the initial concept to the final upload.

⛳️ Requirements

• You are passionate about YouTube. You likely spend more time on the platform than on Netflix and instinctively analyze what makes videos successful.

• You think in narratives. Whether on set, during editing, or in the planning phase — you consistently seek out the most compelling story arc.

• You possess creator energy. You don’t wait for assignments; you proactively generate ideas.

• You have a knack for identifying great stories. You recognize potential in individuals, developments, and moments that others may overlook.

• You take initiative. If something is important for the video, you actively pursue it.

• You don’t wait for answers — you ensure they are provided.

• You think ahead, go the extra mile, and ensure that important topics are addressed.

• You conceptualize in universes rather than just individual videos. Collaborating with the production team for our series, you will craft stories across channels and create links between the series, YouTube, and the individuals behind Miss Germany.

• You are eager to build something. Not merely to manage it — but to shape it.
