Junior Creative Producer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.

📋 Description

• Assist senior producers in converting client briefs into clear directives for Designers and Editor/Animators across various paid social and digital platforms (Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, YouTube, Google, CTV).

• Acquire and implement platform best practices for short-form videos, static content, and animation assets.

• Aid in defining the scope, scheduling, and management of projects from initiation to delivery.

• Collaborate with senior team members to develop pitches, treatments, and proposals.

• Support quality assurance reviews to ensure deliverables meet client specifications and internal quality standards.

• Manage task-level tracking for assigned accounts, proactively identifying risks and obstacles.

• Keep organized project documentation, including briefs, timelines, and feedback logs.

• Assist senior producers with client communications, learning to effectively represent the production point of view.

• Oversee and maintain Asana workflows for assigned projects, ensuring tasks, owners, and deadlines are accurate and current.

• Construct and manage project timelines, identifying risks before they escalate.

• Maintain alignment within internal teams through clear and consistent Asana management and proactive communication.

• Collaborate with Designers and Editor/Animators across different time zones.

• Be a dependable, communicative partner, exhibiting responsiveness, organization, and a solutions-oriented approach.

• Share ideas and highlight issues; this team values curiosity.

⛳️ Requirements

• 1-3 years of experience in creative production, project coordination, or a similar role.

• Practical experience with Asana, adept at managing workflows, task assignments, and project timelines.

• Portfolio or work samples are required (internship, freelance, or agency experience is welcome).

• Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.

• Familiarity with short-form content and various social media platforms.

• A 4-year degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
