This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Lead the AI workflow utilizing the BTM corpus to create the weekly lesson outline and draft PowerPoint presentations.

• Curate teaching narratives and gather relevant videos to support each lesson.

• Develop the Think Bravely, Act Boldly Guide, along with the weekly student email and engagement questions for the dashboard.

• Collaborate with faculty to enhance AI-generated materials through iterative processes.

• Work together, brainstorm, and contribute creatively to the development and assembly of curriculum resources for both new and existing programs.

• Construct, improve, and document the AI prompts and workflows that identify, organize, and shape BTI's teaching for effective delivery.

⛳️ Requirements

• High level of AI fluency, with a primary focus on Claude Cowork (Claude Code experience is an advantage).

• A strong interest in personal development and transformative teaching, along with a working knowledge of personal development philosophies and technologies.

• Exceptional editorial judgment.

• Outstanding written communication skills; flawless grammar, syntax, and pacing.

• Proficient in PowerPoint at an advanced level.

• Self-motivated; capable of delivering significant outputs weekly while adhering to deadlines.

• Comfortable with uncertainty and a fast-paced, evolving AI toolkit.
