YouTube Content Associate

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Edit and repurpose video content utilizing Adobe Premiere Pro.

• Upload, schedule, and publish content via YouTube Studio and internal publishing platforms.

• Develop and enhance video titles, descriptions, tags, playlists, cards, and end-screen elements.

• Organize livestream setup, scheduling, and monitoring across several channels.

• Ensure all published content adheres to brand standards and family-safe content guidelines.

• Create captivating and high-performing thumbnails using Canva, Photoshop, or similar software.

• Maintain uniform branding and visual identity throughout all channels.

• Assist in thumbnail testing initiatives and optimization strategies to enhance performance.

• Keep accurate metadata, tagging structures, playlists, and content organization.

• Adhere to established publishing workflows, naming conventions, and export specifications.

• Manage publishing calendars and ensure deadlines are consistently achieved.

• Oversee content quality and channel consistency across all assets.

• Coordinate various projects and publishing schedules simultaneously.

• Support process improvements and operational efficiencies within content workflows.

• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to implement channel growth and content strategies.

• Maintain a strong attention to detail throughout all phases of content production and publishing.

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 2 years of practical experience in managing YouTube content and channel operations.

• Proficient in Adobe Premiere Pro and YouTube Studio.

• Strong knowledge of YouTube best practices, which include:

• - Video optimization

• - Metadata management

• - Playlist organization

• - Thumbnail strategy

• - Publishing workflows

• Exceptional organizational and project management abilities.

• Strong attention to detail with a focus on quality and accuracy.

• Capability to work independently in a remote setting.

• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills in English.

• Portfolio or examples of YouTube channels and content you have overseen.
