This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +13 more states.
• Assist in the implementation, configuration, and daily administration of the DAM platform, ensuring that assets are organized, curated, and managed in line with established metadata, taxonomy, and lifecycle standards.
• Serve as a steward of the DAM repository, helping to maintain asset integrity, discoverability, and long-term usability throughout the organization.
• Implement and uphold metadata schemas and tagging standards within the DAM to guarantee that assets are consistently classified, accurately tagged, and readily discoverable.
• Oversee the asset lifecycle, which includes ingestion, validation, organization, version control, archival, and retirement.
• Monitor the quality and compliance of assets, focusing on metadata completeness, naming conventions, and usage guidelines; perform regular audits to ensure the health of the repository.
• Facilitate user onboarding and ongoing support for the DAM, offering guidance on asset submission, tagging, and search; assist in migrating content and marketing assets from existing source systems into the DAM.
• Maintain and support DAM integrations and downstream content distribution, ensuring that assets are up-to-date and accessible across connected systems and channels.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to configure and enable custom DAM portals for partners and customers, facilitating setup, onboarding, and ongoing management of portal access and asset availability.
• Contribute to the Content Operations team by aiding in content authoring workflows, platform enablement activities, and cross-functional initiatives; coordinate with Marketing, Product, and Engineering to ensure assets fulfill business requirements.
• Identify and escalate DAM process challenges and user experience gaps; document platform procedures and contribute to team training and reference resources.
• A minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in Business, Communications, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience with content management and/or digital asset management platforms.
• Experience in digital asset organization, content lifecycle management, and governance.
• Exceptional attention to detail with a demonstrated ability to enforce consistency and quality across extensive volumes of digital assets.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the capacity to support and guide users across both technical and non-technical teams.
