📋 Description

• Transforming Data into Dollars: You will convert raw field notes, sketches, Matterport scans, and scope photographs into precise, defensible line-item property damage estimates using Xactimate, ensuring maximum revenue is captured.

• Winning the Supplement Challenge: You will carefully compare original carrier estimates with actual site conditions to create detailed, evidence-supported supplement packages that validate essential project expenses.

• Fortifying the Documentation: You will gather and organize vital supporting evidence—including moisture logs, psychrometric data, and labeled field images—to guarantee strict adherence to carrier guidelines and facilitate smooth audits.

• Steering the Claims Process: You will proactively oversee workflows and consistently follow up with insurance adjusters to expedite approvals, ensuring restoration projects progress without interruptions.

⛳️ Requirements

• An Xactimate Expert: You bring 2–5 years of hands-on experience in drafting mitigation and reconstruction estimates within Xactimate (X1 or Online). An Xactimate certification is a significant advantage.

• Knowledgeable in Restoration & Construction: You have a thorough understanding of residential or commercial property restoration, construction terminology, IICRC standards, and standard insurance billing practices.

• An Effective Communicator: You possess strong written and verbal English skills, enabling you to navigate challenging negotiations and interactions with insurance adjusters professionally and confidently.

• Technologically Proficient: You adeptly utilize industry-standard tools such as CompanyCam, Encircle, and CRM databases (like JobNimbus, Dash, or Restoration Manager) to keep data organized and current.
