This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Oversee and maintain the CEO’s calendar, arranging meetings and coordinating both internal and external appointments.
• Manage travel logistics, itineraries, and arrangements for both domestic and occasional international trips.
• Prepare, organize, and distribute meeting materials, concise notes, and follow-up action items.
• Monitor and prioritize essential tasks, emails, and requests on behalf of the CEO.
• Assist with special projects, presentations, and company events as required.
• Uphold confidentiality and professionalism at all times.
• Collaborate with operations and leadership teams to ensure effective alignment and communication throughout the organization.
• Anticipate future requirements, prioritize tasks effectively, and enhance efficiency in daily operations and strategic initiatives.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in supporting senior executives (C-suite or Managing Partner level).
• Preferred experience in cybersecurity, technology, or law firm environments.
• Outstanding judgment, keen attention to detail, and strong communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, and project management tools (such as Asana, Monday.com, etc.).
• Capacity to foresee needs and manage priorities with confidence, staying two steps ahead.
