Writing Coach

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Argentina.

📋 Description

• Author Journey Management: Assist authors throughout our coaching program, starting from onboarding to the finalization of their manuscript. This involves establishing expectations, overseeing milestones, and ensuring a smooth experience.

• Process Optimization: Regularly enhance and modify our multi-stage coaching process to meet diverse author requirements and project types.

• Resource Development: Collaborate with the team to create and improve templates, guidelines, and other resources utilized during the coaching program.

• Quality Assurance & Oversight: Oversee program progress, identify potential obstacles, and guarantee high-quality coaching delivery.

• Internal Collaboration: Work closely with product, editorial, and other internal teams to align on program objectives and incorporate feedback.

• Communication Hub: Act as the main point of contact for authors regarding their coaching journey, offering clear and supportive communication.

⛳️ Requirements

• Experience: Demonstrated experience in professional coaching and/or as a published author.

• Project Management Savvy: Strong experience in project management, client success, or program coordination, showcasing the ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines.

• Communication Skills: Outstanding written and verbal communication skills in English, with the capacity to express complex ideas clearly and empathetically.

• Storytelling Acumen: A profound understanding of the storytelling process, narrative structures, and genre conventions across various writing forms.

• Balanced Approach: The ability to effectively balance empathy and support with structured guidance and adherence to timelines.

• Tech Fluency (Plus): Familiarity with CRM tools, Notion, Airtable, or similar project management and organizational platforms is advantageous.

• Independent & Adaptable: Comfortable working remotely and independently in a dynamic, growing startup environment.
