This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Indonesia.
• Create, edit, and finalize reports measuring impact for IIX's investment portfolios and programs, integrating both quantitative data and qualitative narratives.
• Construct results frameworks, logframes, and theory of change documents as needed.
• Compile M&E findings into user-friendly reports designed for various audiences, including investors, donors, and governmental partners.
• Generate thematic research briefs and sector analyses utilizing IIX's proprietary datasets (IIX Values™, IIX Intelligence™).
• Author case studies, impact stories, and evidence briefs for publication and engagement with external stakeholders.
• Assist in the creation of client impact reports and organizational publications.
• Review and refine technical reports produced by program and research teams to ensure consistency, accuracy, and clarity.
• Guarantee alignment with established impact frameworks such as IRIS+, SDG indicators, GRI, or gender-disaggregated data standards.
• Aid in the scoping and development of innovative ideas and initiatives originating from the CEO's Office.
• Help organize early-stage concepts into proposals, frameworks, or work plans ready for internal assessment or external presentation.
• Carry out research and analysis to support the creation of new programs, products, or strategic directions across various sectors.
• A Bachelor's degree or higher in International Development, Economics, Public Policy, Social Sciences, or a related field.
• At least 4 years of experience in impact measurement, M&E, or development reporting within financial institutions, development organizations, or consulting agencies.
• Proven experience in producing high-quality reports that include quantitative data analysis and qualitative synthesis.
• Strong understanding of impact measurement frameworks (IRIS+, SDGs, GRI, SRoI, or equivalent).
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, demonstrated through experience in one or more of the following:
• ○ Impact or evaluation reports
• ○ Research or analytical briefs
• ○ Grant reporting or donor communications
• ○ Strategy or policy documents
• Proven ability to operate as a self-starter with minimal supervision.
