Content Writer – Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• You are accountable for producing effective written content. This includes blog articles, case studies, white papers, emails, social media posts, and video scripts, always emphasizing benefits over jargon.

• Simplifying the intricate. You convert technical solutions into comprehensible business advantages that non-technical audiences can readily grasp.

• Defining the Lobster voice. You contribute to our brand's verbal personality, ensuring it is professional yet impactful.

• Transforming one asset into multiple formats. You establish an efficient process for repurposing content.

• Ensuring visibility for both people and machines. You enhance content for traditional and AI search engines (such as ChatGPT, Perplexity, Google AI Overviews) while managing metadata, internal linking, and structure directly in the CMS.

⛳️ Requirements

• You possess native-level German skills and a comparable proficiency in English.

• You have experience in B2B content, whether in-house or from an agency perspective.

• Your portfolio showcases your ability to make dry subjects engaging without sacrificing professionalism.

• You have a solid understanding of search mechanics and have utilized SEO tools like SEMrush, Ahrefs, and Google Search Console.

• You are excited by AEO (i.e., visibility in AI responses) or have already gained experience in this area.

• You are comfortable with WordPress and HubSpot.

• You take the initiative to publish content independently instead of relying on others.

• You confidently utilize AI tools to expedite your work while maintaining a natural output.
