This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Maryland.
• Create and refine content that aligns with strategic goals and the institutional voice, ensuring it is clear, accurate, and impactful.
• Conduct interviews and perform research—adapting and interpreting data—to enhance storytelling and lend depth and credibility to the content.
• Generate and modify content for various platforms and channels, such as web, email, social media, and print, with a focus on tone and audience requirements.
• Collaborate with various teams to assist in projects that may involve operational or administrative communications that demand precision and nuance.
• Uphold consistency and quality across all outputs, applying best practices in grammar, style, and accessibility.
• Bachelor's Degree, ideally in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field.
• A minimum of eight (8) years of experience in positions where writing and editing were primary or significant responsibilities.
• A cover letter and writing samples from previous employment are essential.
