• Possess a sharp, analytical mindset capable of evaluating situations and providing insights.

• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

• Skilled in writing swift news articles and delivering analysis across various platforms.

• Participate in The Athletic’s shows and series network to provide analysis and insights.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of three years of relevant experience in a media organization.

• Previous experience covering a college or professional team beat; NFL beat experience is preferred.

• Comprehensive knowledge of the NFL.

• In-depth understanding of the journalistic process.

• Passionate about — and enthusiastic for — video and other journalistic platforms.
