Quote and Proposal Writer – Environment Testing

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania.

📋 Description

• Developing formal written quotes and proposals tailored to client requirements and understanding of laboratory services.

• Verifying that the laboratory possesses the necessary certifications and can fulfill any technical requirements.

• Coordinating efforts and activities with external sales account managers and technical personnel as necessary.

• Facilitating the transition of project successes from Business Development to Project Management.

• Performing additional job responsibilities as assigned.

⛳️ Requirements

• High School Diploma.

• Minimum of one year of relevant experience.

• Professional working proficiency in English.

• Authorization to work in the United States indefinitely without restrictions or sponsorship.

• Bachelor's Degree in Sciences or Marketing/Sales, or equivalent relevant experience.

• Over 3 years of related experience, ideally in Environmental lab testing.

• Strong computer, scientific, and organizational abilities.

• Exceptional communication skills (both oral and written) and keen attention to detail.

• Capability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team, along with self-motivation, adaptability, and a positive mindset.

• Ability to acquire new techniques, manage multiple tasks simultaneously, maintain accurate records, follow instructions, and adhere to company policies.

• Familiarity with general environmental testing methods and the Department of Defense Quality Systems Manual (DoD QSM).
