This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Conduct interviews lasting 2 hours with clients who have experienced domestic abuse and/or human trafficking.
• Draft legal declarations based on the details gathered during the initial interview.
• Reach out to clients to arrange interview appointments.
• Maintain accurate and updated client and case information on our platforms at all times.
• Exceptional writing skills with a strong command of written English—grammar, structure, clarity, and impact.
• Proficient in both written and spoken English.
• A solid foundation in writing with a demonstrated ability for storytelling (formal training in legal writing is not necessary).
• Strong interviewing and communication skills. Candidates with backgrounds in interviewing, storytelling, client advocacy, journalism, or similar fields are encouraged to apply.
• Proactive and self-motivated—able to take initiative independently without the need for constant supervision.
• Adaptable and open-minded, willing to adjust to new processes and workflows.
• Emotionally intelligent and empathetic, capable of addressing sensitive topics with care and discretion.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented.
