Works and Permit Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Netherlands.

📋 Description

• Conduct surveys and evaluate appropriate locations for locker installations, taking into account technical factors such as slabbing, concrete, and electrical requirements.

• Organize deployments by collaborating closely with both internal and external stakeholders to ensure a smooth execution.

• Input crucial data related to deployments while maintaining its accuracy and integrity.

• Liaise with clients, offering tailored guidance and solutions that meet their specific needs.

• Develop a specialized team for operations, which includes recruiting and training skilled workers.

• Ensure compliance with legal and customer standards, with a focus on ongoing improvement and innovation.

• Collaborate directly with the directors of Benelux Operations and French Deployment on various operational tasks and other ad-hoc responsibilities as required.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficiency in both French and Dutch.

• Background in construction sites (concrete/electrical).

• Fundamental understanding of HSE (Health, Safety, and Environment) regulations.

• A proactive attitude along with strong problem-solving capabilities.

• Excellent interpersonal skills for managing relationships with partners and clients.

• A collaborative team-oriented mindset.

• Experience in project management is an additional valued asset.

• Familiarity with a start-up environment is also considered an extra valued skill.
