This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in South Africa.
• Strategic Prospecting: Identify and analyze high-potential enterprise and mid-market accounts, targeting decision-makers in IT, DevOps, and Infrastructure.
• Multi-Channel Outreach: Implement a robust outreach strategy involving 50–60 cold calls daily, personalized email communications, and networking on LinkedIn.
• Technical Discovery: Conduct initial discovery calls to evaluate technology stacks, cloud environments, and data center requirements utilizing BANT or MEDDPIC frameworks.
• Solution Mapping: Articulate the value of complex solutions (Servers, Cloud, Storage, Networking, Cybersecurity) effectively to both technical CTOs and non-technical stakeholders.
• Pipeline Management: Maintain a steady pipeline aiming for 15 qualified meetings each month and a monthly revenue goal of £100,000.
• Full-Cycle Engagement: Oversee leads through the qualification process, encompassing closing, upselling, cross-selling, and account management.
• Market Intelligence: Stay informed on industry trends such as Hybrid Cloud, Edge Computing, and AI to offer expert-driven consultations.
• Demonstrated success in an SDR or Sales position within the SaaS or Technology sector.
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Mandatory proficiency in Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and Microsoft Office.
• Advanced skills in cold calling, cold emailing, and LinkedIn outreach are essential.
• Strong competency in lead qualification, account management, and upselling.
• Willingness to work GMT hours (with flexible core overlap) in an offshore capacity.
• Relevant experience specifically in the IT infrastructure, data center, or cloud services domain.
• Knowledge of how to bridge technical gaps for enterprise-level clients.
