• Offer telephonic support during significant life events to our clients, such as initiating or concluding employment in relation to their employer-sponsored retirement accounts.
• Review available account alternatives, like 401K and IRAs, to align with the client’s retirement savings objectives.
• Inform our clients about specifics of their retirement plans, evaluating options to optimally support their savings aspirations.
• Concentrate on enhancing the client’s relationship with Empower.
• A bachelor’s degree or an equivalent mix of education and relevant professional experience.
• At least 1 year of experience in performance-driven roles, preferably focused on asset growth and retention.
• Active FINRA licenses and/or the capability to successfully obtain FINRA 7, 63 & 65 (or 66) registrations within company-defined timelines, along with completing FINRA fingerprinting upon hiring.
• A motivated, self-driven individual with the capacity to quickly and independently grasp new information.
• Proven relationship management and customer service abilities.
• Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to interact with clients, ask pertinent questions, share insights, and provide solutions.
