This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Conduct engaging sessions that enhance awareness, deepen comprehension, and enable participants to lead and collaborate with greater thoughtfulness, responsibility, and care.
• Employ effective facilitation techniques, tools, and activities to design learning experiences that are interactive, reflective, and readily applicable.
• Facilitate both virtual and in-person workshops on topics such as leadership, workplace culture, employee experience, and anti-oppressive practices, customizing the delivery to align with each organization's context and objectives.
• Assist participants in recognizing how behavior, decision-making, and workplace dynamics are influenced by broader systems, structures, and personal experiences.
• Foster respectful environments that encourage open dialogue, sincere reflection, and constructive discussions on complex and sensitive issues.
• Support leaders and teams in cultivating the awareness, ownership, and practical skills necessary to apply their learning in everyday contexts.
• Strengthen both individual and collective capabilities so teams are better prepared to manage accountability, collaboration, and change.
• Stay updated on emerging research and best practices, integrating these insights into your facilitation approach, content, and materials.
• You possess a profound, intersectional understanding of diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) in the workplace, with demonstrated experience in delivering impactful training programs both virtually and in person.
• You are passionate about crafting human-centered learning experiences that foster both collective and individual development.
• You prioritize building trust and partnerships with interdisciplinary teams, external clients, and stakeholders.
• You boast high emotional intelligence (EQ) and an empathetic, compassionate, and resourceful facilitation style—crucial for navigating diverse personalities, viewpoints, and emotions.
• You are knowledgeable about anti-oppressive strategies and decolonizing practices applicable to organizations.
• You possess strong communication skills (visual, written, and verbal) and can convey complex ideas in a clear, concise, and engaging manner.
• You are proficient in utilizing virtual collaboration tools and adapting facilitation methods to meet diverse client needs.
• You are organized, detail-oriented, and capable of overseeing multiple projects and deadlines.
• You are skilled at analyzing feedback and refining facilitation methods to continuously enhance learning experiences.
• This is a flexible, ongoing contract position.
• Compensation ranges from $40.00 to $50.00 per hour for preparation work, routine administrative tasks, content development, and internal or client meetings, in addition to $500 per facilitated session.
• You will be joining Bloom through your corporation or as an independent contractor.
