Clinical Territory Associate

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with the team in White Plains/Westchester/Poughkeepsie NY in a development position lasting over 24 months.

• Acquire knowledge in the technical, clinical, and sales areas of the business.

• Support sales representatives with surgeon training, hospital robotic development, and overall territory management.

• Conduct technical in-services for customers, including operating room staff and surgeons.

• Promote the advantages of advanced technology to current robotic users and help achieve team quotas.

• Gain experience in setting, mapping, and achieving goals in preparation for a future quota-bearing position.

• Handle administrative responsibilities, including sales/procedure reporting, outcomes of sales activities, and submission of expense reports.

⛳️ Requirements

• Candidates must reside in or be willing to relocate to the White Plains/Westchester/Poughkeepsie NY region.

• A minimum of 1 year of leadership experience (military) or 1 year of outside sales experience is required.

• A bachelor's degree is mandatory.

• Willingness to travel up to 25% is essential.

• Availability to work nights and weekends as necessary.

• A demonstrated track record of success.

• A strong ambition and an exceptional work ethic.

• Outstanding interpersonal and persuasive communication skills.

• Proven ability to collaborate effectively as part of a team.
