This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in France.
• The Workplace Engineer will join the Windows Infrastructure team.
• Contribute to the integration and deployment of managed devices using various deployment tools.
• Assist in integrating group entities through profile configuration and application onboarding activities.
• Collaborate on the design and execution of strategic projects.
• Engage in infrastructure implementation and document related procedures.
• Assume the role of technical lead for the Workplace and Infrastructure domain.
• Suggest innovative solutions to fulfill business requirements.
• Possess deep expertise in Windows packaging, deployment, and automation technologies.
• Manage, administer, and provide Tier 3 (N3) support and analysis of workstations and infrastructures.
• Create, install, configure, and provide Tier 3 (N3) support for infrastructure equipment based on project specifications, along with writing procedures.
• Handle the installation and configuration of security components.
• Implement and continuously enhance Infrastructure and Workplace monitoring and supervision.
• Hold an engineering degree or a Master's degree (Master 2) in IT.
• Have a minimum of 3 years' experience as a Modern Workplace Engineer.
• Mastery of all or some of the following technologies: excellent knowledge of infrastructure tools such as SCCM.
• Strong understanding of Active Directory / Entra ID (Azure Active Directory).
• Experience with Intune Autopilot / White Glove / Windows Hello.
• Familiarity with Azure Active Directory synchronization processes.
• Proficient in PowerShell scripting.
• Strong knowledge of applications related to asset/estate management and IT Service Management (ITSM).
• Solid understanding of Agile/Scrum methodology.
• Fluent in both French and English.
