Working Student – Video Editing

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Assist the social media team in the creation and publication of video content, including interviews and news features.

• Generate subtitles, text overlays, and graphic components.

• Evaluate, choose, and organize raw footage.

• Enhance videos for clarity, viewer retention, and platform specifications.

• Offer innovative ideas to further enhance existing formats.

⛳️ Requirements

• Currently pursuing a degree program.

• Strong awareness of what drives content to become viral.

• In-depth knowledge of social media platforms, especially TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts.

• Skilled in video editing software, such as Adobe Premiere Pro or similar professional tools.

• Deep passion for rap and hip-hop culture.

• Comprehensive understanding of the German rap and hip-hop landscape.

• Strong storytelling abilities, timing, and platform mechanics.

• Ability to work independently with a high degree of reliability.

• Creativity and enthusiasm for enhancing content engagement.

• A portfolio showcasing practical video editing experience.

• A background in media, communications, journalism, or video production is beneficial but not mandatory.

• Interest in editorial tasks and content strategy.
