Working Student, Strategy & AI Automation

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• You proactively identify automation possibilities within our internal business processes (such as Sales, Marketing, or Operations) and implement them using AI agents and low-code tools, contributing innovative tool ideas of your own.

• You assist the AI taskforce in designing and prototyping AI-driven workflows that provide genuine value to our B2B and e-commerce clients.

• You create and maintain automations utilizing tools like Claude and Gemini, integrating agents into existing system environments.

• You perform market and technology research in the AI sector to ensure we remain technologically advanced.

• You convert complex technical concepts into clear, decision-ready materials for management.

⛳️ Requirements

• You are currently enrolled in a Master’s program in Business Administration with a concentration in Computer Science, Business Informatics, or a related field—preferably at LMU or TU Munich.

• You have already made initial "breakthroughs" with your own AI projects—whether during university, internships, or personal endeavors (such as custom GPTs, AI automations, or building agent architectures).

• You possess a solid understanding of AI workflows and are comfortable working with LLMs and AI-based automation tools; ideally, you have some experience with Python or prompt engineering.

• You have a proactive, hands-on approach and are enthusiastic about solving intricate problems with smart, automated solutions.

• You have a strong interest in B2B software and e-commerce, recognizing how efficient processes contribute to growth.

• You are fluent in both German and English, with confidence in both spoken and written communication.
