Language Alignment & Resource Partner – Haitian Creole, Freelance AI Trainer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants anywhere in the world.

📋 Description

• Function independently to conduct linguistic quality assurance and create alignment resources.

• Data Annotation & Review: Evaluating, annotating, and testing AI outputs for grammatical precision, natural flow, and adherence to cultural context.

• Quality Assurance & Vetting: Serving as a key quality checkpoint during production to proactively detect and amend subtle cultural inaccuracies or awkward expressions in Haitian Creole.

• Resource Generation: Assessing quality trends in tasks and independently formulating educational materials and feedback documentation to enhance alignment between AI task outputs and campaign standards.

• Production & Vetting Support: Delivering native-level language vetting during project expansion and providing specialized linguistic advice throughout the production process.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven work or academic experience in linguistics, education, or other disciplines that require meticulous attention to linguistic details.

• Previous, concrete experience in human data evaluation or annotation.

• Verified proficiency in Haitian Creole at the C1 or C2 level.

• The capability to adeptly convert raw feedback and quality trends into organized, actionable educational materials.

• A careful approach to language, with the acumen to spot and rectify even the most subtle unnatural phrasing in their native language.
