Working Student – Part-time Support, Healthcare & Operations

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Offer assistance to our participants through WhatsApp and email, mainly during weekends and afternoons.

• Assess and contextualize frequently asked questions regarding GLP-1 agonists: everyday effects, dosing concerns, common side effects, and practical behavioral advice.

• Identify warning signs (red flags) and take appropriate action by escalating issues or suggesting medical evaluation, without providing diagnoses.

• Aid in check-ins, documentation, and the upkeep of treatment plans according to established templates.

• Handle operational basics: shipment status, address modifications, special cases, coordination, and effective communication.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficient in German, both written and spoken.

• Fixed availability on weekends: must be able to reliably work Saturdays and Sundays, particularly in the afternoons (approximately 8 hours per weekend; times to be arranged).

• Willingness to be on-call during weekdays occasionally (no fixed hours; ad-hoc cover as required).

• Organized working style: capable of documenting and prioritizing tasks.

• Experience in support/customer contact (chat, email, in-person, or phone).

• Strong sense of responsibility when addressing health-related matters.

• Currently enrolled as a student (working-student status); alternatively, looking for a part-time position.

• Relevant backgrounds/qualifications (examples): MFA (medical assistant), PTA/PKA (pharmacy technician/assistant), nursing, emergency medical services/paramedic, healthcare administration, or studies in nutrition/dietetics, public health, psychology, sports science, or health management.
