FSP Line Manager, Operations Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Oversee a team or group effectively.

• Monitor performance through close collaboration with project and functional leadership.

• Ensure that ongoing and updated project documentation and correspondence are accurate and comprehensive.

• Provide consultation, facilitate the collection of metrics, and develop actionable plans.

• Ensure that direct reports achieve departmental and project productivity as well as quality metrics.

• Manage employees across various disciplines and serve as a role model for the location.

• Exhibit leadership within the department, function, or location.

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 5 years of relevant experience in clinical trial management.

• Prior experience in monitoring is crucial.

• Experience in managing outsourced trials or CRO management is required.

• Familiarity with vendor management is necessary.

• Outstanding leadership, communication, and organizational abilities.

• Capable of multitasking with limited supervision and taking initiative.

• An M.S./M.A./Ph.D. or B.A./B.S./nursing degree is mandatory.
