Working Student Online Marketing, Events

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Assist in the planning and organization of events (trade fairs, customer events, internal events) — from research and coordination with external service providers to providing on-site support.

• Aid in the execution of online marketing campaigns (e.g. email campaigns, landing pages, newsletters) using HubSpot.

• Maintain and update contacts, lists, and campaign data within HubSpot.

• Support in the creation and preparation of marketing content (social media posts, graphics, short videos), utilizing tools such as Canva.

• Help plan and publish content on our social media platforms (LinkedIn & others).

• Assist in preparing presentations, one-pagers, and other marketing materials.

• Provide general hands-on support for the marketing team in daily operations - wherever an additional set of hands is required.

• Currently enrolled as a student, preferably in media, communication, marketing, design, or a related discipline.

• Some experience in event planning.

• Familiarity with B2B marketing.

• Proficient in design tools (Canva, Figma, or Adobe).

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both German and English.

• Strong interpersonal and teamwork abilities.

• Capability to work independently and take initiative.

• Flexibility and eagerness to embrace new challenges.

• Interest in digital transformation and data-driven decision-making.
