Working Student Marketplace

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Take charge of the product approval process for new items, ensuring they comply with marketplace standards before launching.

• Collaborate with the team to enhance seller performance through key performance indicators (KPIs).

• Spot opportunities for improving marketplace performance based on analytical results.

• Assist in boosting the visibility of sellers’ products within the online store.

• Understand how product assortment and marketplace activities impact e-commerce success.

• Provide support to the Marketplace Team in various daily operations.

• Broaden e-commerce expertise across a range of marketplace subjects.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must be currently enrolled in a university program.

• Should remain a student for at least one additional year.

• Available to work 16–20 hours per week.

• Genuine enthusiasm for e-commerce and digital platforms.

• Detail-oriented approach while managing multiple topics.

• Proficient in Excel and comfortable working with KPIs.

• Eager to leverage data to enhance marketplace performance.

• Fluent in both German and English.

• Enjoys teamwork and effective communication with diverse individuals.
