Working Student – Influencer Marketing

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Conducting research to identify and select appropriate creators and influencers.

• Developing and sustaining our influencer network.

• Engaging in outreach and communication with creators.

• Negotiating and overseeing collaborations.

• Managing barter agreements and paid collaborations, including coordinating shipping.

• Analyzing campaign performance, tracking KPIs, and generating reports.

• Assisting with creative briefings and generating storytelling concepts for social media.

• Currently pursuing studies in marketing, communications, media, or a related discipline.

• A passion for social media, with an understanding of digital culture and creator trends.

• Possessing a keen sense of which creators would align well with Moruga.

• Demonstrating an organized, independent, and proactive work style.

• Eager to take on responsibilities and contribute to project development.

• Interested in performance metrics, growth, and data-driven strategies.

• Familiarity with AI is encouraged and should be integrated into your work approach.
