This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in France.
• Assist in the planning and execution of influencer marketing campaigns for clients.
• Research, assess, and qualify influencer profiles across platforms such as YouTube, Twitch, TikTok, and Instagram.
• Lead outreach efforts, facilitate contracting, and coordinate with creators and their agents.
• Build and sustain robust relationships with influencers and their representatives.
• Engage in content approval processes to ensure alignment with briefs and brand standards.
• Guarantee seamless campaign execution during the activation phase, adhering to timelines and deliverables.
• Collaborate closely with senior teams to ensure cultural relevance and strategic alignment of campaigns.
• Track campaign performance and contribute to post-campaign evaluations.
• Actively monitor trends, emerging creators, and community dynamics.
• Support pitches and business development initiatives through research and creative suggestions.
• Engage in the team's commercial and operational processes.
• 1 to 2 years of experience in influencer marketing, social media, or a related field.
• Agency experience is advantageous but not mandatory.
• Knowledge and passion for gaming is a plus, though not essential.
• Comprehensive understanding of social platforms and creators is crucial.
• Familiarity with creator ecosystems on Live Streaming, YouTube, Instagram, and TikTok.
• Keen awareness of emerging creators and trends.
• Exceptional organizational skills, with the capability to manage multiple projects and deadlines concurrently.
• Strong communication skills, with comfort in direct interactions with clients and influencers.
• Experience with influencer marketing platforms like Sprout or Streamcharts is desirable but not essential.
• Excellent relationship-building abilities.
• Background in influencer research, outreach, and campaign coordination.
• Ability to monitor performance and assist in reporting.
• Practical understanding of ASA, CAP, and FTC guidelines.
