Working Student in Project Management – Engineering Processes

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Assist in the standardization of documents and the enhancement of processes, along with the related KPIs.

• Contribute to the development of new templates for both local and global use.

• Aid in the assessment of online surveys and the formulation of potential solution proposals.

• Prepare process descriptions and operational instructions.

• Facilitate the adoption of standardized processes, for instance, by conducting employee training.

⛳️ Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a degree program in Business Administration, Humanities, Social Sciences, or a related discipline.

• Proficient in computer applications (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

• Detail-oriented, reliable, and capable of working independently.

• Enjoy collaborating within global teams.

• Excellent proficiency in both written and spoken English and German.
