Developer Engagement Representative – Part-Time Contract

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Thailand.

📋 Description

• Acquire a comprehensive understanding of Roblox moderation policies and standards.

• Identify and engage potential partners within the developer community to foster and sustain a robust partnership pipeline.

• Organize and execute both online and offline community events, workshops, and initiatives that inspire and connect developers across various regions.

• Oversee programs from their initial concept to successful completion, establishing clear objectives, monitoring milestones, and assessing outcomes.

• Assist in translation and localization efforts to ensure that programs, communications, and resources are accessible and culturally pertinent to global audiences.

• Adhere to established team processes while identifying opportunities for refining and enhancing workflows.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficient in both English and Thai.

• Reside in Thailand.

• Strong understanding of Roblox and its community.

• Maintain a good standing concerning Roblox moderation history.

• Exceptional speaking and writing abilities in both English and one of the applied languages.

• Outstanding communication and relationship-building skills, both online and in-person.

• A proactive and adaptable approach with a passion for supporting and developing a global developer ecosystem.

• Capability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment with a team-oriented mindset.

• Firm belief in the importance of community support for the company's success.

• A desire to empower and motivate our developer community.

• Knowledge and understanding of community processes, methodologies, and best practices.

• Experience with gaming communities, game jams, or planning virtual/hybrid events is advantageous.

• Preference for early career candidates or recent graduates.
