Working Student in AI Content Design

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Become a part of our vibrant team within the central DSS (Digital Services and Solutions) division at WBS GROUP and contribute to the evolution of digital education!

• As a working student, you will engage with an innovative team at WBS TRAINING Pro, a brand under the WBS GROUP umbrella.

• You will assist in the design and creation of digital learning formats, AI-enhanced videos, and gamified learning experiences.

• Aid in presenting educational content in a clear, engaging, and visually appealing manner.

• Create video and narrative concepts, decision-making scenarios, storyboards, and content templates for gamified learning formats.

• Produce and edit short challenge, educational, and explainer videos using Adobe Premiere Pro or similar software.

• Utilize AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, HeyGen, Synthesia, and ElevenLabs for text, audio, and video creation.

• Support the testing and optimization of learning materials with respect to accessibility, user experience, and brand voice.

• Share our passion for digital learning solutions and help facilitate connected, location-independent education for individuals.

• You possess a blend of creativity, technical curiosity, and a strong sense of storytelling.

• You are currently pursuing a degree in fields such as media design, communications, education, business administration, or a related area.

• Initial hands-on experience in content design, video production, storytelling, UX/UI, e-learning, or personal creative projects.

• Proficient or eager to learn the use of Canva, Adobe Premiere Pro, or similar design and editing tools.

• Actively and reflectively use generative AI tools like ChatGPT or Claude.

• A dependable, autonomous, and organized approach to work, in addition to excellent German language skills.

• Some familiarity with AI video or audio tools such as HeyGen, Synthesia, ElevenLabs, or comparable applications.

• Knowledge of prompt engineering, game design, gamification, or user-centered design principles.

• A small portfolio showcasing examples from video, design, storytelling, gamified learning, or interactive media projects.
