Working Student – Finance, Customer Service

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Manage customer inquiries related to financing matters through email and phone, ensuring a customer-focused communication approach.

• Collect and assess relevant data systematically to assist in performance evaluations and reporting procedures.

• Aid in the creation, development, and execution of effective service workflows for financing products.

• Assist with the introduction, upkeep, and enhancement of customer service tools to elevate process quality.

• Keep comprehensive documentation and consistently ensure the quality of finance-related standards within customer service.

• Collaborate closely with Sales and Tech teams to refine internal interfaces and enhance cross-functional processes.

⛳️ Requirements

• You are currently enrolled in a degree program in Economics or a related discipline for at least two more semesters, preferably with an emphasis on finance.

• You possess a foundational understanding of financing products along with a strong affinity for numbers and analytical thinking.

• You naturally exhibit a strong service orientation and enjoy direct customer interaction, combined with a professional and solution-focused attitude.

• You demonstrate quick comprehension and can effectively adapt to new tools, systems, and processes.

• You have an independent, organized, and dependable work style with a high level of personal accountability.

• You have excellent communication skills in both written and spoken German and English (C1/C2).
