Working Student E‑Commerce & Online Marketing

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Provide customer support through email, addressing inquiries and resolving order-related issues.

• Ensure optimal presentation of product data through maintenance and optimization.

• Assist in online marketing efforts, including Google Ads, newsletter creation and distribution, and marketplace promotion.

• Manage the webshop by overseeing shop maintenance, promotional activities, and content updates.

• Engage in graphic design tasks such as creating simple banners, newsletter graphics, and social media assets.

⛳️ Requirements

• Current student (Bachelor's or Master's) specializing in Online/Digital Marketing, IT, E-Commerce, Business Informatics, or Graphic Design.

• Genuine interest in e-commerce, online marketing, and digital business models.

• Hands-on experience in e-commerce, online marketing, graphic design, or software development.

• Familiarity with Shopify, Google Ads, Klaviyo, and PlentyOne is advantageous but not mandatory.

• Ability to work independently and reliably, showcasing a proactive approach.

• Solution-oriented mindset, focusing on problem-solving and contributing innovative ideas.
