This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• You will assist our customer service team in managing customer inquiries through written correspondence only.
• You will pinpoint areas for enhancement within our customer service system and execute improvements.
• You will help customers maximize their experience on our platform.
• You will create solution proposals for emerging issues as necessary.
• You consider yourself a team player and are accustomed to working both independently and with determination.
• You possess a strong sense of responsibility and enjoy addressing a variety of challenges.
• You are an approachable and communicative individual who can engage with diverse personalities while remaining calm in busy situations.
• You are flexible and available for a minimum of 15 hours per week.
• You are currently a student enrolled in any degree program.
