Working Student – AI Platform Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Accountable for the design and execution of intricate AI components — from the initial idea to final delivery.

• Enhance and expand current AI solutions to improve performance and efficiency.

• Create robust data pipelines, backends, and API interfaces for seamless integration.

• Establish and sustain automated deployment pipelines to facilitate releases and testing.

• Guarantee the quality and performance of backend processes and NLP algorithms through ongoing optimization.

• Collaborate closely with the product team to transform data-driven insights into market-ready, innovative solutions.

⛳️ Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a degree program in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Business Informatics, or a related field.

• Experience in object-oriented development using Python and applying architectural patterns.

• Strong understanding of Python and FastAPI, specifically for high-performance, scalable backend applications.

• Proven experience in developing production-grade machine learning models and scalable data solutions.

• Proficient with cloud technologies and infrastructure (e.g., AWS, Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).

• Familiar with modern development tools (e.g., Git, VS Code) and CI/CD pipelines (e.g., GitLab CI/CD).

• Excellent communication skills in both German and English.

• Highly innovative with the capacity to work effectively in an agile, fast-paced setting.
