• Develop AI-powered gameplay analytics and data workflows that are native to AI across essential game systems.

• Engage with extensive gameplay and player behavior datasets utilizing contemporary AI tools and methodologies.

• Employ technologies such as Claude, Cursor, and ChatGPT to enhance ETL pipelines, validate tracking, and refine analytics systems.

• Create dashboards, funnels, monitoring systems, and reporting workflows that are supported by AI.

• Evaluate gameplay and player behavior data to aid in product development, balancing, and monetization strategies.

• Assist in identifying gaps or issues in tracking and enhance overall data integrity through AI-assisted workflows.

• Design systems for personalization and offers driven by AI.

• Currently pursuing a degree in Data Science, AI/ML, Mathematics, Analytics, Game Technology, or a related discipline.

• Strong passion for AI-native workflows, modern AI tools, automation, and cutting-edge AI technologies.

• Enthusiasm for gaming and a desire to comprehend player behavior and game mechanics.

• Proficient in utilizing modern AI tools such as Claude, Cursor, ChatGPT, or comparable technologies.

• Possess an analytical mindset with structured reasoning and a curiosity for tackling complex challenges.

• Basic knowledge of data analytics, scripting, or technical workflows.

• Eager to learn, experiment, and thrive in a fast-paced, AI-driven environment.

• Nice to have: Experience in gameplay analytics, tracking systems, ETL pipelines, or analytics tools.

• Nice to have: Background in developing small AI workflows, automations, agents, or personal AI initiatives.
