Working Student – AI Content Design

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Become a part of our vibrant team within the central DSS (Digital Services and Solutions) division of the WBS GROUP and contribute to the evolution of digital education!

• As a working student (approximately 10–20 hours per week), you will engage with an innovative team at WBS TRAINING Pro, a subsidiary of the WBS GROUP.

• You will assist in the conception and creation of digital learning formats, AI-assisted videos, and game-based learning experiences.

• Your role will help ensure that learning content is clear, engaging, and visually attractive.

• Develop video and story concepts, decision scenarios, storyboards, and content templates for game-based learning formats.

• Produce and edit short challenge, learning, and explainer videos utilizing Adobe Premiere Pro or similar software.

• Employ AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, HeyGen, Synthesia, and ElevenLabs for text, audio, and video production.

• Assist in testing and optimizing learning content for accessibility, user experience, and brand voice.

⛳️ Requirements

• Initial practical experience in content design, video production, storytelling, UX/UI, e-learning, or personal creative projects.

• Proficient or eager to learn the use of Canva, Adobe Premiere Pro, or comparable design and editing tools.

• Active and thoughtful engagement with generative AI tools such as ChatGPT or Claude.

• Dependable, self-directed, and organized working style with excellent German language skills.

• Initial hands-on experience with AI video or AI audio tools like HeyGen, Synthesia, ElevenLabs, or similar applications.

• Familiarity with prompt engineering, game design, gamification, or user-centered design.

• A small portfolio showcasing examples from video, design, storytelling, game-based learning, or interactive media projects.
