Working Foreman – Commercial

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Massachusetts.

📋 Description

• Actively engage in the installation of specified materials such as wall finishes, flooring, furnishings, and signage in collaboration with the crew.

• Exhibit exemplary workmanship and uphold the company's quality standards in every task undertaken.

• Supervise and manage the installation of all specified materials and project-designated elements on-site.

• Collaborate directly with Project Managers to ensure alignment on project scope, sequencing, schedules, and deliverables.

• Serve as the main on-site contact for daily operations, crew coordination, and quality assurance.

• Conduct new project surveys at job sites, documenting existing conditions, scope details, and pertinent field observations to facilitate project planning and execution.

• Complete daily project checklists and field reports, ensuring accurate and prompt documentation of work performed, crew activities, materials utilized, and any site issues or deviations.

• Communicate daily progress updates, challenges, and material/labor needs directly to the assigned Project Manager and Field Operations Manager.

• Partner with Project Managers to create processes and systems for program work, providing field-level insights to establish scalable, repeatable workflows that enhance efficiency and consistency across multi-site programs.

• Efficiently manage on-site materials, tools, and equipment throughout job sites.

• Lead practical field training for both new and existing employees across PostedPM, TradePosted, and GuidePosted as necessary.

• Ensure that all crew members are trained on proper installation techniques, safety protocols, and company standards before they perform tasks independently.

• Offer coaching and feedback to field employees to uphold quality and performance standards.

• Comply with all OSHA regulations and Posted Companies' Safety Manual guidelines and best practices; adhere to all PPE requirements and remain vigilant to any potential hazards to yourself or your colleagues.

• Immediately report any injuries, unsafe conditions, or concerns to management.

⛳️ Requirements

• Capability to successfully acquire an OSHA 30 Certification (Company Sponsored).

• Capability to successfully obtain a Procore Superintendent Certification (Company Sponsored).

• Demonstrated hands-on experience in a trade discipline pertinent to commercial interior installations (flooring, wall finishes, furnishings, signage, or similar).

• Previous experience in a leadership or foreman role supervising field crews.

• Ability to read and interpret project plans, blueprints, and installation specifications.

• Experience in conducting field surveys, daily reporting, and project documentation.

• Proficient in training, coaching, or mentoring field employees.

• Strong communication skills – capable of collaborating effectively with Project Managers, the Field Operations Manager, and field crews.

• Minimum age of 25 (insurance requirement).

• Valid state driver’s license (subject to ongoing review).

• Willingness to travel overnight nationwide (100%).

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional trade certifications are advantageous.

• Experience towing trailers weighing up to 15,000 lbs.

• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs. repeatedly.

• Comfortable working at heights and outdoors in various weather conditions.

• Ability to safely work on ladders (must weigh under 275 lbs.).

• Capable of passing background checks, MVR, and drug screenings.

• Must be able to travel for up to 2 weeks at a time.

• Willingness to assist with responsibilities beyond commercial project management as required.
