Workfront Programming Lead

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Bulgaria.

📋 Description

• Lead the planning of technical design, solution development, and implementation for major initiatives.

• Provide guidance and mentorship to colleagues while coordinating development efforts.

• Design, develop, test, debug, and document Project Management systems and associated services.

• Convert business requirements into scalable solutions utilizing WorkFront, Fusion, and other Global PM tools.

• Decompose business needs into actionable tasks and ensure high-quality delivery throughout the development lifecycle.

• Conduct code reviews and maintain quality standards through best practices, peer reviews, and automated tools.

• Transform legacy processes into efficient, future-oriented solutions.

• Collaborate with DBAs to create and sustain data persistence platforms.

• Execute requirements analysis and contribute to the ongoing improvement of codebases.

• Adhere to SDLC processes, departmental protocols, and coding standards.

• Diagnose application issues, determine root causes, and implement sustainable solutions.

• Cultivate relationships with stakeholders, external partners, support teams, and vendors.

• Guide team members in technology, processes, and interpersonal skills.

• Report progress, risks, and issues to senior leadership.

• Undertake additional responsibilities as required.

⛳️ Requirements

• B.Tech in Computer Science or a related discipline.

• A minimum of 3 years of experience as a Workfront Fusion developer, which includes tool development, enhancements, and data management.

• Adobe Workfront Fusion Developer Professional Certification.

• Preferred: At least 5 years of experience in core development, encompassing foundational system logic, integrations, and scalable technical solutions.

• Preferred: A minimum of 3 years of experience in coding script development and working with APIs and webhooks.

• Strong expertise in managing and analyzing data across various systems.

• Excellent communication skills with stakeholders at all organizational levels.

• Technical proficiency in Oracle SQL, Python, Java, Spotfire or other data visualization tools, and Power BI.

• Self-driven, innovative, and technically savvy.
