Workfront Consultant

📋 Description

• Act as a recognized expert in Adobe Workfront solutions and technologies.

• Collect and comprehend client business goals, technical specifications, objectives, and challenges.

• Provide clients with insights on Adobe Workfront best practices and methodologies specific to their industries.

• Assess solution designs and Workfront configurations to guarantee implementation precision and alignment with suggested practices.

• Examine intricate project issues, identify potential solutions, and facilitate recommendation discussions with clients and partners.

• Convert business requirements into architectural, design, and development activities using Adobe Workfront solutions.

• Lead and assist in enterprise Workfront implementations, encompassing workflow design and platform setup.

• Offer guidance on project management methodologies such as Waterfall, Scrum, Kanban, PMI, and hybrid approaches.

• Confirm implementation strategies and propose scalable solutions that align with client goals.

• Aid in data migration efforts from legacy tools and systems to Workfront.

• Ensure compliance with governance standards and platform best practices.

• Design, develop, and troubleshoot Workfront Fusion scenarios and automations.

• Configure modules, develop functions, and implement integration workflows.

• Utilize REST APIs, JSON structures, array refinement techniques, and error-handling best practices.

• Integrate Workfront with enterprise systems such as Creative Cloud, AEM Assets, Jira, Outlook, Salesforce, Slack, and other business applications.

• Assist in ongoing optimization and troubleshooting of integration solutions.

• Manage a high-volume portfolio of client engagements while ensuring timely execution and quality delivery.

• Collaborate with marketers, analysts, developers, project teams, and business leaders.

• Facilitate technical discussions with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

• Establish credibility and trust through strong consulting, communication, and facilitation skills.

• Serve as an advocate for customer success and long-term platform adoption.

• Maintain accurate project records, workload estimates, and time tracking documentation.

• Produce client-facing documentation, presentations, and recommendations using Microsoft Office tools.

• Continuously enhance Adobe Workfront expertise through certifications, training, and self-study.

• Keep abreast of Adobe Workfront product improvements, features, and industry best practices.

⛳️ Requirements

• Extensive technical knowledge of Adobe Workfront and Workfront Fusion.

• Strong comprehension of Workfront work management features, including resource management, reporting, proofing, and document management.

• Experience in implementing Adobe Workfront within enterprise settings.

• Proven track record in designing and configuring business workflows and project management processes.

• In-depth knowledge of Workfront Fusion, which includes:

• Module configuration

• Function development

• Scenario development

• Troubleshooting

• Governance best practices

• Experience with REST APIs, JSON structures, array refinement, integration architecture, and error handling.

• Over 5 years of client-facing Workfront implementation and/or integration experience.

• Familiarity with integrating Workfront with solutions like Creative Cloud, AEM Assets, Jira, Outlook, Salesforce, Slack, and other similar enterprise platforms.

• Proficient in Java, PHP, or Python.

• Knowledgeable in JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.

• Understanding of relational databases and SQL.

• Experience with data migration projects.

• Ability to convert business requirements into technical solutions and implementation strategies.

• Strong consulting, facilitation, troubleshooting, and problem-solving abilities.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
