Consultant, NetSuite – ERP

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Evaluate business processes and identify necessary changes to be implemented in the software.

• Support the creation of specifications, configure the system, and manage environmental changes.

• Conduct meetings with clients to collect requirements, assess situations, and offer solutions.

• Collaborate with programmers and project managers to synchronize efforts and adhere to deadlines while providing updates on ongoing work and contributing to planning adjustments.

• Deliver training to end users throughout the implementation stage.

⛳️ Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in business analysis.

• Background in a customer-facing position.

• Familiarity with NetSuite.

• Knowledge of accounting principles.

• A university degree in Industrial Engineering, Information Technology, or a relevant field in Business Administration (such as accounting or finance).

• Experience across all project phases: analysis, design, deployment, configuration, system administration, conversion, installation, training, and support.
