Workday HCM Post Production Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Collaborate directly with clients to provide top-notch Workday HCM solutions across various industries, ensuring their business needs are met, enhanced, and optimized.

• Engage with clients to resolve Workday HCM challenges as they emerge.

• Participate actively in internal training sessions and share your skills and insights with colleagues within the organization.

• Support internal initiatives aimed at enhancing the team, department, or company, as assigned.

• Oversee a team of consultants, guiding them through their Workday and professional development while managing escalations (Manager Level).

• Leverage Workday knowledge and experience to create sales materials and define project scopes as required by the sales team (Senior/Principal Level).

⛳️ Requirements

• Workday HCM Certification (Required).

• Minimum of 1 year of Workday HCM post-production support experience with a Workday partner for clients of varying sizes (Required).

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Microsoft Excel.

• Strong commitment to exceptional customer service and collaboration.

• Capability to prioritize and handle multiple client requests or tickets to fulfill customer expectations.

• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

• Ability to interact and collaborate positively with clients and team members, fostering confidence and trust.

• Effective problem solver with the ability to consider alternative and diverse perspectives.

• Recommended internet bandwidth of 20Mbps.
