• Delegate tasks to team members according to their workload, deadlines, and available capacity.
• Oversee project queues and modify assignments as necessary when bottlenecks arise.
• Monitor assignments from initial intake to final completion.
• Provide daily updates on workload progress and task completion status.
• Compare estimated hours with actual hours worked to ensure accuracy.
• Assist in resolving staffing and resource allocation challenges.
• Communicate project timelines and updates on workload to internal stakeholders.
• Raise any technical issues that may hinder workflow.
• Collaborate with operations, project management, and technical teams to ensure work continues smoothly.
• Keep precise documentation and track time effectively.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in operations coordination, workflow management, workforce planning, scheduling, dispatch, project coordination, or related fields.
• Proven experience managing a high volume of tasks or work assignments.
• Proficient in Excel.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Experience in managing deadlines and adapting to shifting priorities.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
