This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Louisiana.
• Offer crucial operational support that ensures the smooth functioning of our ACO while actively participating in healthcare transformation initiatives.
• Create high-level presentations for the board, coordinate significant events such as ACO retreats and kick-offs, and develop essential reports utilizing business intelligence tools.
• Oversee compliance activities, assist leadership with special projects, and act as the operational backbone to facilitate seamless communication throughout all organizational levels, from board meetings to provider interactions.
• Acquire valuable insights into strategic decisions that influence the future of value-based care.
• A bachelor's degree along with 1 to 3 years of relevant experience, or a comparable combination of education and experience.
• Experience in the healthcare industry is advantageous.
• Familiarity with project management processes is beneficial.
• Capability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment.
• Ability to sit for extended periods while working at a desk and on a computer.
