This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.
• Assist the Customer Success team by overseeing the contract lifecycle and generating renewal quotes.
• Ensure that the deal structure aligns with the subscriptions that are due for renewal.
• Address inquiries from Customer Success Managers regarding quotes, orders, and invoices.
• Conduct follow-ups as necessary to manage the process through the booking of renewals, including order processing as required.
• Confirm that contract data aligns with financial models and that the necessary approvals are obtained.
• Act as a data steward to maintain accurate partner, prospect, and customer information within Salesforce.
• Provide support for various components of the quote-to-cash cycle as needed, which includes opportunity creation and order management.
• A minimum of 4 years of experience in sales operations.
• Experience with Salesforce.com is required.
• Previous experience with quoting, subscriptions, and contracts is essential.
• Experience working with channel partners is advantageous.
• An undergraduate degree from an accredited institution is required.
