Workflow Operations Manager – Labeling

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Lead the LLM Labeling and Workflow Operations teams.

• Supervise alert triage, operational decision-making, data labeling, quality assurance, queue management, prioritization, and escalation processes.

• Develop and enhance datasets, taxonomies, workflows, review procedures, and operational frameworks.

• Collaborate with Operations, Product, Engineering, Detection, AI, Customer Success, Sales, and Solutions Architecture teams.

• Spot opportunities for automation, AI-assisted decision-making, and streamlining operations.

• Assist in determining which tasks should remain human-reviewed, which should transition to machine-assisted, and which can be fully automated over time.

• Convert frontline operational insights into product specifications, automation possibilities, and scalable systems.

• Facilitate pre-sale and post-sale discussions with customers regarding Doppel’s operational model, automation strategies, workflows, labeling practices, and efficiency roadmap.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience as an operational leader.

• Demonstrated success in building and scaling operational programs.

• Familiarity with labeling, workflow operations, quality assurance, alert triage, queue management, escalation handling, or operational decision-making.

• Capability to collaborate across Operations, Product, Engineering, Detection, AI, Customer Success, Sales, and Solutions Architecture.

• Proficiency in functioning within both operational and technical settings.

• Skilled in engaging with executive customers and both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

• Ability to foster a culture of continuous improvement, experimentation, and operational excellence.
