Workers' Compensation Defense Attorney

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Oversee a dynamic caseload of California workers' compensation defense cases

• Advocate for clients at the Workers' Compensation Appeals Board

• Prepare legal documents, reports, and case assessments

• Maintain direct communication with clients and court officials

• Attend hearings and conferences as required

⛳️ Requirements

• Valid California State Bar license in good standing

• A minimum of 2 years of experience as a defense attorney

• Preferably possess experience in California workers' compensation defense

• Excellent writing, communication, organization, and case management abilities

• Ability to work efficiently in a remote, paperless practice environment
