DRG Trainer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Train and guide both new and seasoned DRG auditors.

• Create user-friendly training materials, guides, and online modules.

• Evaluate audits for precision, offer constructive feedback, and mentor coders.

• Identify trends, analyze root causes, and enhance overall coding quality.

• Contribute to the development of more intelligent and efficient audit procedures.

• Ensure our team remains informed about the latest regulations, tools, and best practices.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in DRG and/or APR DRG auditing and training.

• Valid RHIT, RHIA, CCS, or CPC certifications are mandatory.

• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.

• Extensive understanding of DRG audit processes and compliance regulations.

• Proven experience in coaching others and creating training materials.

• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and skilled at providing impactful feedback.
