This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Tasked with the investigation, assessment, negotiation, and resolution of workers compensation claims on behalf of clients.
• Engaging with a diverse range of individuals, including CEOs, claimants, medical providers, and attorneys.
• Experience managing claims across various jurisdictions is essential for success.
• At least 1 year of experience as a workers compensation claims adjuster.
• Licensing or state experience in the Midwest region.
• Proven understanding of workers compensation laws and regulations.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
• Capability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Proficient in computer applications, including Microsoft Office and claims management software.
